Each request receives a unique reference and your drawings are stored in a private folder used only to review, price and complete your takeoff.

Files for enquiries that do not proceed are deleted after 30 days. Paid-project files are retained securely for 12 months after final delivery to support follow-up questions or agreed amendments.
